Urban Governance Innovation

The Urban Governance Innovations team, consists of seven team members working at both the IAT of the University of Stuttgart and the Fraunhofer IAO. Together, we conduct research in the areas of: Population Protection/Crisis Management, Sustainability/Climate Protection, and Smart City. Together we support cities in shaping innovation processes at the interface of city administration, private sector and civil society. We accompany municipalities and authorities and organizations with security tasks  in the development of holistic strategies and transfer them into practice.
